Koena Mitra She was born on 7th January 1984. She received her schooling from a High School in her hometown and later did her bachelor’s in Psychology from University of Kolkata. She is a trained dance, with extensive training in Western dance. She also played basket ball, tennis and participated in swimming during her college days. Koena Mitra was keen interested to become an athlete. Her early modeling assignments include big brands like, Mirinda, Clinic All Clear and Maruti Alto. It was after winning the Gladrags Mega Model, 2002 title that she got a taste of limelight. Koena’s first acting assignment inbollywood was the special appearance in Ram Gopal Verma’s thriller Road.
